I had this small hard spike type thing poking out of my arm. It was to the right of my armpit, but not in it. I thought it was a splinter so I tried tweeting it. Didn't work. It got really sore so i just tried to squeeze it. It came out and it is really weird. It is hard and pointy on the end that was on the outside, had a white base and had a black bottom. And it is about the size of a sesame seed. Please let me know if you have any idea of what this is.
