Hi, I wanted to try to control premature ejaculation by SSRI’s. I heard about it from a friend, but I am afraid how my doctor would react to such a preposition. Is it safe to use SSRI’s for premature ejaculation?

I'm sorry, but you should do a lot more research into SSRI's and their side effects. After reading them, you will realize that it would be CRAZY to go on these meds for this type of problem. Yeah, the FDA says it's safe and secure, but really look at some of the side effects. You would be better off beating off 10 minutes before than subjecting your brain to artifically high serotonin levels.
