Hello! I started working out some weeks ago and some of the guys in the gym are using stackers2 pills. What are these and could there be any side effects when using them? Thank you so much!

Hello there! I was also using them, at least I tried to even though I didn’t know what was inside them. Stacker 2 contain a mixture of ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin. It is true that many bodybuilders have been taking it for years and they proved to be effective for some, but they can also present some serious health risk to other people like it did with me. I became so nervous and jumpy; I couldn’t believe it was me. But I figured it out, so I stopped. There could be some other side effects like insomnia, hand-tremor, increased blood pressure , headaches, increased heart rate, etc
