Hi, I have had pains down there for like a month and a half now, It all started when I realized I was developing pityriasis rosea above my genital area, and so I tried to get rid of it. So I did but then I started to get strange tingling, that turned into alot of pain. I have not had sex in about a year, and I do not have any bumps, lesions or discharges. I saw a doctor he gave me cipro, but it didn't really work, I do have this weird brown line right under the head of my penis, it looks like a raised part of skin as you can see here:

Its not a very good pic, but I am in alot of pain and I don't know what to do, when my pants rub on the head it starts to hurt, and it is affecting the way I work and I am not even able to work out or masterbate some please help!
