With everything that is going on in the world, it is easy to find yourself getting stressed out. Personally, I limit my tv watching because it seems to only inspire fear and anxiety. There are so many other great ways to spend your time and it doesn't need to involve upsetting your emotions. Do you have any hobbies or things to do to keep your mind off the things that are stressing you out? Exercise, cooking, reading, spending time online - not at venues that instill fear? I would recommend addressing your issues with your doctor to see if you could benefit from some medication or alternate methods of stress decompression. Keep us posted on what habits you are changing to help yourself calm down. Try to focus on what is good!
