Let me be as clear as I possibly can be. You are not pregnant.
If you had your period two days after having sex then you cannot be pregnant. If you had your period, at all, since your last contact with semen then you cannot be pregnant.
Let me explain why.
Sometime during your menstrual cycle, usually around the middle (though not always) your body releases one or more eggs. These travel down your fallopian tubes for a several days on their way to your uterus. If one of them meets a sperm along the way, then it will implant itself in a thick membrane called the endometrium, which lines your uterus. If this happens, then you will be pregnant.
Now, when you have your period, your most of your endometrium dissolves and flows out as menstrual blood, leaving your uterus without the thick lining necessary for successful implantation. Any unfertilized or unimplanted eggs in our uterus are flushed out with it. It takes several days for your endometrium to build up again.
If an egg is implanted, it will release hormones which prevent you from having a period.
So, having a period is a sure sign of not being pregnant.
The fact that you are so scared is very concerning. You should educate yourself as much as is possible about human reproduction, sexually transmitted infections, and safe sexual practices. You should also talk with a doctor about birth control options and make sure that you and your partner use a condom if you do choose to have sex again in the near future.
If it is causing so much anxiety, you might want to consider avoiding sex, particularly penile-vaginal for the time being.

Actually I've known people who have gotten pregnant after having their period. Sperm can stay inside the body for up to a week. Pretty rare for a girl to have their period and then get pregnant though, as having your period is a sign that you aren't pregnant. You'd have to have sex at the right time I suppose. or "wrong" time.

I liked hyzmarca's explanation, that hit the nail on the head, get advice, see your doctor. If you dont want to get pregnant make sure your partner *wears a condom!* repeat USE A CONDOM even better dont have sex at all ;-) really having a child is life changing and potentially life wreaking (meaning you have to put your life on hold) if you dont know whats happening with the bird and the bees, talk to a doctor, also ask any questions on here and Im sure theres a good team whos willing to give you *advice* as to give you a better idea but ask us the specific questions you want answers to and please see a doctor or talk to your counsellor at school, big sister.
I have never heard of semen living for a week?? Usually only lives to 72 hours and it would be impossible to get pregnant whilst having period as blood kills sperm. So I dont think would get preggers 2 days before period and upto 2 days after, but always wear a bloody condom, if your stressed about getting pregnant, wear a condom, take the pill, be safe rather than being sorry, having a child when you are *not ready* will stuff things up toot sweet. Is it worth suffering that consequence for one nights folly?
Please think very hard, get all the facts and act wisely!

This is the most useful information. Thank you for the explanation.
Also, a note, condoms are not always safe. Do consider checking the condom after ejaculation to make sure it was not ripped. If ripped, and assuming not willing to get pregnant, immediately go to a doctor to get the plan B pill (morning after pill)
