This could be many things, and influenza could be one of them and the most common one I'd be looking to at this time of the year. Although the stomach hurting isn't typical of the flu, it doesn't mean it won't also accompany it. A lot of people complain that their stomach doesn't feel right when they have the flu and most lose their apetite. The tiredness, the dizziness and headache are indicative of the flu and you can either treat yourself as though you have the flu (their is not cure-all or short for it if you have an active case). You may simply have to wait it out. I'd also get checked for mono if I were you -- you mean you mom and your sister both had it?
