eveytime I have my period my stomach hurt so bad what can I do to stop it please help me???

I feel your pain, I used to get it myself, except for I would get it so bad I would end up in the ER for pain meds.
Anyways, a heating pad on the abdomen for starters, always helped my pain. Take an XS Ibuprofen for swelling and if you have something stronger for pain take that too.
If that doesn't help than you may need to go to the doctor, walk-in clinic, or the ER. You can go to the pharmacy and get T1's OTC, not as strong as 3's but they may help you more than they did me.
