strange balanitis reccured.

2 weeks ago I had an ulcer over my glans no pain no itching I applied antibiotic n steroid n antifungal cream all in 1 as I was in hostel during my exams I could not afford to see a doctor. It then heal by 3-5 days. Then it was alright for a few day I even masterbated and had no issue but almost after 5days I had erection and planned to master bate but then I noticed that there was tiny swelling over the same spot and as I got stronger erection fluid filled into that swelling and it became painful...it was impossible for me to even wear underwear as it would further increase pressure n pain. I had no choice but to prick it with a sterile needle under all aseptic precautions..pain was gone but then all the skin over the swelling was laxed n later liquified forming ulcer as healing started...I applied same cream for 2 days and now it healed half way. It is on the right side exactly on my glans and there's no itch but its sensitive to touch. Its been 7days since the 1st time I noticed the swelling. I know its healing but m scared that what if it reccurs? I am 23yrs old uncircumcised and a virgin I maintain proper hygiene and wash my glans daily during bath with soap. Please suggest what can it be will it reoccur? And what is exact treatment for it?
