Hi.........I usually start my period around the 24 of the month.....it is now the 31st and 5 days ago I started having symtoms of my period, bloated..cramping, etc. But I didn't start bleeding, just some dark brown only when I wipe. And if I put a tampon in it comes out on it as well. But no actual bleeding. ?????? Any ideas why this is????

I had similar experiences to this and found out I had fibroids in my uterus. The dark brown may be some old blood that is getting released with that. Fibroids often cause interperiod bleeding but sometimes they just cause bad cramps. I suggest you go see your gyn and ask for an ultrasound.
