How to masturbate? Erm, use lotion, and find someplace to discard the used paper towels/tissues. I'm pretty sure you know the basics, and you can figure it out from there.
Your body will grow hair in lots of places. I recommend trimming at least your underarm hair, for hygiene and reducing body odor. Your crotch too, again, for the sake of hygiene. Shower daily, and find some good deodorant/antiperspirant.
Everything else is kinda beyond your control. Your body will grow, your voice will change, and it will suck. Oh, something most people don't know/won't tell you, you technically go through puberty until your early 20's. But once you get to about 22 or 24 that's it, you have to work with what you have.
