I think that this is definitely about this because I was facing with this problem and I do know, from my own experience, that it may be due to fungal infection or less lubrication of vagina during the sex. That is the only reason why you and your partner may feel different. When you think about tight vagina and painful sex it has to be because of it. You have the constant feeling that there is something inside that is blocking and it is not comfortable for you or your partner as well. You should definitely go to see your gynecologist, just to see what this all about is.
