And there was me thinking it was the American version of the FA Cup Final 8-|

Managed to stay up til half time then sort of drifted off during the half time show, only to wake up this morning to find I'd missed the best bits and 'my' team had won >;) typical XD

I was watching Ghost Hunters (TAPS) and UFO Hunters.
They both had a few episodes that I had not seen before.
The GH guys recentlt bought an old inn up here in NH in the town (Whitefield) where one of our railcar adventures ends.
I forgot all about the SB.
Did they actually televise the halftime show?
Whenever I've watched a football game recently they've cut away to commercials for the whole time between halves
I guess maybe they do on that game, that's what made Janet Jackson famous a few years ago.
We saw a breast on TV for a half second and it scared all of America nearly to death.

Yeh, half time show in full. Its the BBC so no adverts at all (licence fee pays for it instead), we just cut back to the studio every 5 mins for some "in-depth analysis" while the American stations show some adverts. After a few times of retired players analysing a throw you're longing for a toothpaste advert or something XD

Half time was The Who, I normally quite like them but it was coming up to 2am :-)

Some ghosts resident near you then?

:-D :-D :-D

I can imagine what those old retired players must be like after a while.
I'll bet a few commercials would be welcome.
Like watching a bunch of retired officers critiqueing the current military operation on network TV.
I remember the armored column run into Baghdad with the 3d ID, led by Col. Perkins (a good old NH lad).
He made the 2nd fastest armored run in history, second only to Pattons 3rd Army run into Bastogne to rescue Gen. McAuliffe's 101st Airborne, and here's all these retired officers (network analysts) on TV criticizing the job he's doing.

Actually the place they bought is supposed to be haunted. I think they did a show from there recently but I don't remember much about it. That's the beauty of being my age. You can watch the same show three or four times and it seems like a new show each time. It's a combination of poor memory and falling asleep every 5 minutes while watching TV. XD
