I am a 40 yr old Female, I have been having horrifick pains in my arms, hands, and elbow and neck. I had an MRI and it showeed digenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, myleopathy. I have been told that if i do not have the surgery, I will go crippled. I know that during my c-sections and other lksurgerys , I had to have the approval of the cardiologist before. Is this propcxedure dangerous for a heart patient? and I was told that i should not have been given amitriptyline? is that true?

If you are a heart patient, then I believe you need approval of your cardiologist for any surgery as having a heart disease puts you in greater risk whatever surgery involved.
About amitriptyline….you shouldn’t use it if you suffer from heart disease and if you do use it, you need special monitoring and special doses just for your case.
What king of surgery are the doctors recommending?
