Hello. I'm 45 year old male and I believe I have developed some serious health problems. I'm afraid to go and visit some doctor because I don’t know what he could find out.
My first symptoms were straining to urinate or have bowel movements and almost constant constipation.
I didn’t know what could be the cause because I haven’t changed anything in my eating habits. After that, I started to feel discomfort and swelling in area between my testicles and anus! Please tell me, what could be the cause and what should I do now about this?

Hello. Just recently I have read your post and, to be honest with you, I didn’t know what could be the cause. But, then I did a small research on my own and I've read some important stuff!
You have all the symptoms of one condition called perineal hernia.
It is condition defined as a defect in the anatomic structures making up the pelvic diaphragm that is located just between your testicles and diaphragm! The exact cause of this unpleasant condition is still unknown but the most probable cause is prostate enlargement because- enlarged prostate often weakens the pelvic diaphragm.
There are also several other diseases that could cause you this such as some rectal disease, anatomic factors, hormonal imbalances…
Talk with your GP about your treatment options!
