While urinating, after urine is finished, the urge to continue urinating is still there. But what comes out (not straining in the least) next is semanal fluid; cloudy, off white; with no climactic feeling -- just the fluid. Is this normal during the resting period after moderate to severe lower lumbar herniated disk injury with moderate lower back spasms (which are now gone)? Meds are Meloxicam 15 MG, Tramadol 50 MG, cyclobenzapr 5 MG.

This is very interesting condition that you have. Now I didn’t heard before that having semen in your urine can be caused by herniation of lumbar disk. However I know that semen in urine can be caused when you have problems with your prostate. Did you ask your doctor about your prostate? If your prostate is not functioning well you will most often notice semen in your urine. I think that your lumbar problem caused some obstructions in your prostate and you are experiencing this problem. I am not certain but this can also be a side effect from the medication that you are taking for lumbar disk problem. I hope this helped you a bit. Good luck.
