Yesterday morning awoke to find amy fourskin was quiet swollen and sore.
Hav'nt had sex with my wife for at least a week. Was circumcised as a baby. I shower every evening and have never had this happen before
Am wondering will it heal its self if I drink lots of extra water?
Could it possible be an irritation from laundry soap?
There is a Dr 80 kms away. Is it serious enough to drive that distance to see him?

It could be an irritation caused by your soap. Sometimes if you get shampoo on your penis it can irritate. If it is still sore, try using an antisceptic cream on the sore area. I'm sure that this will clear up within a few days. Regards, John
