i felt a really painful lump at bottom of rectum above thighs that started bleeding after I treated it at home using warm cloth and it continues to bleed after about ten hours and it still sore. The lump is almost gone completely but I still have pain and bleeding, what should I do I don't have medical insurance and if I go to the hospital and can't pay I'll ruin my credit again that Ive struggled to get it to borderline where it is today?
