My penus is very swollen right unmder the head all the way around, I had rough sex last night several times once after the swelling had started. Now im beginning to worry because the swelling hasnt gone down and it looks like i have elephantitus. Any suggestions?

The head of the penis is the most sensitive part of the male sexual anatomy. The tissues, skin, veins are all easily affected, just like on a woman. Rough sex, and certainly after several times can cause swelling, redness, irritation, and sensitivity. IF you ejaculated several times could also affect the area.
Try a cold compress wrapped in a towel, only to where you feel the cool coming though, not COLD. Stay away from sex until it is no longer swollen. If it hasn't gone down at least some by tomorrow then see your doctor right away!
If you were normal before nad not after, then my guess is you just over-did it ;]
