Female condoms are fairly rare. Generally you have to buy them online if you want them. I haven't ever seen them in a store. Male condoms are fairly effective, you don't need to use them with female condoms.

You shouldn't use both types of condoms, as I've heard the friction can cause breakages, also I belive studies show the male version is better (more effective)
