Hi guys, for many years now I've suffered from a pain in my bowel after a period of masturbation or sexual activity without ejaculation. The pain used to appear once a month or so. However the frequency now is almost every day at the moment. I have to abstain from any sexual activity as the pain comes back.

The pain is awful. The stinging cramp you get when you have diarrhea. When I go to see whether I need the toilet nothing comes out. The only thing which relieves it is ejaculation. The pain then subsides within a few minutes. Can anyone advise me on what this problem could be?
