when i was younger something hit my testicles, a few minutes later i felt uncomfortable and realised my testicles had started swelling. my testicles swole up to 3x or 4x times their original size and were very painful whenever i moved them. i found that masturbating and ejaculating resulted in the swelling going down but my testicles themselves were different. the left testicle was still large but soft, my right testicle was very small and hard. after some time the right testicle seemed to have disappeared and i only had one testicle remaining. any help to what may have caused this would be greatly appreciated.
