Hello everyone,
please help me as I'd like to get a diagnosis for my testi problem.
I'm 16 and since 14, I've been having really itchy testis on the part around my penis and i've been scratching it everyday when i got back home from school.
It never itches when i'm focusing on something or when i'm outside.
It itches madly when i go home and wear a loose pant/underwear, using the computer or watching tv.
The worst thing is that it's been affecting me for 2 years everynight when i go to bed it started itching like HELL and i usually spend 1 hour scratching before i fall alseep. I even realised that sometimes i scratch unknowingly during my sleep or my unconscious scratch woke me up in the middle of the night.
I;ve even scratched to a point where the skin rips apart and a reddish crack on the skin can be seen and it hurts like hell and i cannot shower as it becomes exceedingly painful.
Theres also thin translucent skin that keep growing back every day and i think that is the reason of the itch and i scratched them all off and they all fell like dead dreid scaly skin.
and sometimes i scratched to a point where there is swelling and sweat is oozing out from the testi skin. i dunno if its sweat though.
please can any1 give me a possible diagnosis.

It is most likely Jock Itch. Which is a fungal infection which explains why you have had it so long.

You can buy a cream that will get right of it, any creams that treat athletes foot should work. Canesten or Lamisil are a couple you might know of.
If you're embarrassed just tell your parents you have athletes foot.
