I was masturbating and i felt i low-medium instant of pain in the part of the head where the "wire" connects the head of penis to the other part of the penis, and i after a while i noticed that all around that part the head is whiter now, and i think im less sensible to pleasure now. Im not sure im understanding what are you trying to ask... btw i think the "wire" that connects the head to the skin has a red (blood) dot "inside", and i think i saw a smaaaaaaaall red zone... i think some capillar just broke. Is it possible? Am i safe? i dont feel pain so i dont know...

Also i think im feeling different, like if my penis is less sensible now... i tried to stimulate my self to see how it goes with an erection and i think it takes more to build the full erection and it doesnt feel good as it used to feel but maybe im just paranoid!

This "wire" as you call it is called the frenulum. Not sure if I spelled that correctly. Sometimes it can be too short and when you pull the foreskin back it will cause the head to bend down. It can be stretched by ripping it and I think that may have been what you have done to a degree. You can always have to doctor to cut it too.

Now its not white, if i touch a white zone forms and when i stop touching it it becomes a bit more red (like it should be, you know... when you touch your nails for example, because there is blood), but over all i think its too white.

Im a vergin and i masturbated yesterday at late night (im european if you ask)... one side of the penis is strangely white but not entirely white and i feel like the head (so the pleasure-o-meter) is much less sensible now.
