I AGREE WITH YOU EXERCISE IS VERY NECESSARY FOR HEALTH TYPICALLY FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN INDUSTRIALIZED COUNTRIES LIKE US AND jAPAN

Any advice for me who physically can't do many exercises because of pain caused by Fibromyalgia, neck surgery and arthiritis in the knee?
I try to exercise, want to, but it hurts too bad. I've yet to have anyone give me advice on this. The only thing they offer is stretching (dah!) that's not physical exercise in my opinion.
Thanks for any help you may have to offer.
