yeah my friend you are right. swimming is the best exercise for a fit body, i am a swimming coach, in a school and know very well the benefits of swimming.

Swimming is the best exercise because it requires to much strength to float on water. For swimming we have move our hands and legs simultaneously. Swimming can also helps our back and shoulder.
