The skin of my penis was not retractable so I forced it a bit and now my penis head is dry and white

The skin of my penis was not retractable.So I slightly begin to stretch it behind and it was very very slightly retractable.One day I forcibly opened it down the head of the penis and i was not able to put the skin backwards plus the head was dry and slightly whitish.After severe struggle I was able to pull it back and I feel a little painful.Will I be able to pull the skin up and down smoothly ?
