hi i would like to know, if anyone has had surgery on a torn rotor cuff left shoulder, mine has been torn since 2006 but is getting worse, i cant lift push pull, do any small things ,an the PAIN is most days unbearable, does surgery help an wat kind of surgery does it envolve rebuild, i also have deep tissue damage a leak an my tear is at 82% now,an the right shoulder is the same,,i have had in 2008,ACDF 2lvl, to my c5/c6/c6/c7 out come of that is not good i live with PAIN everyday, an not much movement i am on lots of meds, Deb.

Hi Deb, I think that the surgery works pretty well. My mom had it done awhile ago and it works pretty well for her, althoght the recovery took her awhile. That's to be expected on things like this though. What makes you hesitate?

well one doctor i went to said if he operates now, the way my shoulders are ,,it will make them worse, so i hopeing that this other doc i go to just doesent say he will operate just to be paid :-(
