Ok so I have this really wierd problem and I've had it forever and I just always thought it was normal but now I'm realizing it might not be. So whenever I cross my legs or press them together my vagina throbs and it isn't brought on by like sexual thoughts or anything it just kinda happens.

I experience the same exact thing. I first realized this when I was in 5th grade. It happens weekly. I don’t think many other people experience this. I read an article on vagina pulse but I couldn’t relate to it because women were feeling this pulse in relation to emotions and I feel it as just a result of sitting in certain ways. You’re not alone. :)

I had this issue for well over a year. It was pretty distracting especially when it would happen at work. What I think triggered it was a time when I broke up with a boyfriend right before we were supposed to hook up. I remember having sexual frustration that led me to masturbate. But I didn't get an orgasm which is rare for me, I must have been so upset that my body could not release. After that my constant throbbing issue began and it nearly drove me to sleeping with a neighbor, I had a non stop urge to have sex. This whole problem went away when I met an old flame and as you can Imagine, I could not wait to get it done. My night with him was absolute fireworks, my body just let go and for once I had vaginal orgasm which I had never achieved before. And I kept getting less of the throbbing the more I hooked up with him. So I can only speak for myself here as we all may have different experiences. But I do believe this issue is triggered by events that may cause sexual frustration or something in that regard, all I know is that its related to anxiety. But I am not a psychologist and may very well be wrong.
