Tingling in head of penis / tip of urethra

Hi, 10 weeks ago I had protected vaginal and unprotected oral sex with a prostitute. Last week (9 weeks after going with the prostitute) my girlfriend gave me a blowjob with whipped cream after we had unprotected anal sex. Two days after this I jerked off with Vaseline and spit as I am circumcised. A couple of days after jerking off I noticed a mild tingling sensation in the tip of my penis, mainly in the urethra and in the head in general - this happens after I pee especially. It does not hurt but it is annoying and I notice more when I am thinking about it. Could I have an STD? Please help as I am so ashamed and worried like crazy.
