Im glad I found this thread because i have this white ridge about 1 in long or so that is raised and straight untill it curves up to the penis head underneath the skin just below the head. It is located about the same area as the pic. WHen hard it is much more noticable and just appeared out of no where one day. Ive been having sex alot and my doctor had mentioned it could be scar tissue???? If it was scar tissue wouldnt I have had to tear it in the first place and my penis wouldve been red and sore or bruised for it to be scar tissue right??? Is my problem what you guys are talking about? It is stringy and vein like when rubbed it kind of feels like a lumpy vein.

well my man and i have sex..alot,and if not he is maturbating.we've been together for2 yrs and all of a sudden he has blisters.it started off as being swollen.i had him ice it for a few days and he tries to keep clean,so now that the swelling is down he has blisters.very painful! he says it hurts to urinate and its very sensitive o.O i think its because its infected...is this the same?? :-(

Normally, conservative treatment is recommended. Sex is generally not advised as this may aggravate the condition. I would however, discuss this with a urologist.

Its called penile lymphocele You have lympth channels that run through your penis that may become blocked with debris or clotting lympth.They are generally completely harmless and go away by themselves.However they cause enormous anxiety to the person suffering.You get these from excessive sexual activity or not enough sexual activity(virgins).The best thing to do is see a urologist if you do not have healthcare like so many of us that cant afford it.You should abstain from all sexual activity for atleast 2-8 weeks and start a course of ibuprofen 200 mg twice a day.Everyone heals differently for me my lump goes away immediately when i become flacid for others it takes much longer,but it will go away it is not permanent.Also exercise helps alot.Your bodys lympatic system does not have a pump.The only way your body pumps lymph is through physical activity moving muscles.So going for a jog or a walk hitting the gym can all help pump clear the channels in your penis.Also drinks lot of water.To prevent future lymphocele anxiety drama try giving your penis a vacation every year for 2 weeks just abstain give your sexual organs a rest.I hope this helps you and relax its gonna be ok XD XD

I had this lymphocele problem. It happened after my wife and I were dry humping (embarrassing). She found it in the morning. It looked like a hard "string" buried directly under the skin starting (looking down on it) on the bottom side about a third of the way from the tip, coming around to the top around the left side. I could move it around when hard. It was tender but not painful and was always there even when not erect. It was troubling me not because it was painful but because I thought it was a blocked vein and thought some of my penis wasn't getting its required blood.
I fixed it! The next night I stopped off at the drug store and bought a heating pad. I wrapped my penis in it (obviously keep the heat off your balls) for about 2 hours while I watched a movie with my wife. I would manipulate my penis during that time applying gentle pressure to the "string". After two hours it was gone! It did come back to a lesser extent soon after when I got hard again. So back to the heating pad for another session. After that time it was gone for good!

It was so embarrasing for me when I got it almost 7 months ago..I had spent sleepless nights for that.My lump had almost same symptoms as described by some guys above in this forum.I guess it had appeared after a rigorus masturbation.I visited a urologist who told me "it is the deposition of fibrous tissue because of some injury.It is expected to vanish by its own".But even after 4 months it didn't go away.After reading through many threads I found it is actually deposion of lymphs because of blocked lymphatic channel.So I applied a lot of pressure on that lump and the lump size reduced.Now i am almost at recovery stage.I guess it will totally vanish after 1 or 2 month.So what I like to suggest any future viewer is (1)Visit a Urologist first. (2)Rub that lump in a mild way applying some lubrican't in that lump area.But don't be so frustrated.It isolutely unnessesay as it is almost a normal thing for wild men like us.

I'm 17 and I think I have Lymphocele but I can't tell what it looks like because I am not circumcised and I cant get my foreskin low enough to see what it looks like with out pain. Its two hard growths on both sides of my penis just under the head. They don't hurt or cause pain until after I have finished masturbating. im 21 and i have had this problem once in the past when i actually had 2 of them running parallel to each other. it goes away over time and the more aroused i become the firmer the blockage appears.
