I will assume you are fairly young. It's just nerves. Boys get nervous even though they are excited and you are probably just trying to force it a bit too much. Relax, kiss first, slowly move to other more sensitive areas. You can't jump straight into sex unless you are already wet and hard. And talk with him. Don't let talking about sex be hard. You should want to talk about your fantasies together (it's the only way you will achieve any of them!) You need to feel comfortable and safe. He is going to be nervous that it isn't going to be good. You are going to be nervous that it isn't going to be good. So get the first times out of the way and then start to have fun.
