My boyfriend has twitches. He has them in his face,arms, and shoulders. He blinks a lot and sometimes when he twitches he says something but nothing you can understand. He also gets angry very easily and hits things. his voice will get louder sometimes and then be normal. I don't know what this is. are these symptoms of turrets? what else could it be?

It sounds like turrets. If he has turrets, he knows it. Try to have a conversation about it with him. If his symptoms are that obvious, he might be wondering why you've never asked. On the other hand, he could be very sensitive about it. If he has a temper, don't bring up the subject unless you are in a public place.
