Alright, but is it not possible to have one break every once and awhile when under force? Because my knee when I crashed I was probly going 40 km/h and when I fell I went that knew first into the ground and then that leg got twisted. My physio person said nothing tore it just got minorly stretched

it is still possible especially with your knee. if you get an MRI they will be able to tell if there was any soft tissue damage other than ligaments being streatched. but the collar bone thing is still wierd. was the the first time you injured you collar bone? did you injure it when you fell and hurt you knee?

I've taking alot of hard falls to my shoulder and stuff before. This was the first time I noticed somthing strange with it. Like I've takin some pretty big falls where people have thought I gotta broken atleast an arm or somthin but I don't...

hmm that is odd. i think you probably have pretty good bone density in that case but it is odd that it pops in and out. what may have happened is that you streatched your ligaments and normally if they are streached badd enough they have a hard time tightening up so its easier to dislocate again. does this dilocation only happen when you lift weights? also how long ago did you say you had that accident again?

I never dislocated my shoulder in the crash but it happend early september. When I raise my arm to were it's level and I move my arm back it pops out and when I return my arm down to my waste it pops back in

Try something for me - AGAIN! - put your arms out straight infront of you, palms down, now quickly try and turn just your hands so that the palms are facing up! Does the side that pops out - does the had turn TOTALLY palms up or just to the side? Do both of them act the same?

I hope you realize I'm just trying to see how gullible you are!!!!!! ;-) XD XD XD XD Did you actually think for just a little bit that we were playing a trick on you? XD
Anyway, It's not a rotatory cuff injury So you still need to see a doctor about your collar bone OK? the other injuries can TOTALLY be explained - due to you riding hard etc. BUT not the colar bone!
