Discovered and was diagnosed to have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and my period was 4 days late, only spotting for about 36 hours... After looking back and tracking my peroid I did have unprotected sex during my ovulation days. I Took pregnancy test the other day (3 days late) but came back negative. Do I need to be concerned? Could I be pregnant?
