unprotected sex 1 week after taking the morning after pill

i did unprotected sex on 1st of november and i took morning after pill within 12 twelve hours after that and my periods are due on 7th november and i
did unprotected sex again on 6th when i got spotting and after sex i have
light spotting again in this situation i need to take the tablet again or not.
