Hi. Just had sex with my boyfriend and he entered and pumped in and out a few times without a condom. He said he didnt cum inside me but i am very parinoid about this stuff since I do not want a child at the moment. Im on birth control and should start my period next tuesday or wednesday. should i go out and get the morning after pill just to be on the safe side??

No you should be fine. The first time without a condom is a totally different feeling and will leave you with totally scared thoughts. You are on the birth control so this should keep you from ovulating and getting pregnant. Sex without a condom is so much better, but you do have the much higher risk of being in that small percent of still getting pregnant.
If you have any concern that either one of you are with another person, or more importantly, if you want to be sure to avoid pregnancy then use a condom. You will have plenty of time to have sex without a condom, but to lower your anxiety and enjoy the time together more use it for now. When you get to the stage that you plan to be together for life, then let him go without one. Stay on the pill until you are ready to get pregnant just in case. The pill should prevent pregnancy even if he shoots his full load into you.
