Hi there, this is my first topic and I am in need of your assistance.
A couple of days ago, I had discomfort in my left testicle, along with the muscle above the penis. I thought it could be hernia, but after a bath full of deep heat the muscle healed but the discomfort in the left testicle remained. I could tolerate it since I had no problem sleeping. It was more of a throbbing pain than discomfort. But it was fine and eventually it has healed and I feel no pain/discomfort there anymore.

Last night, my right testicle started to become uncomfortable, much worse than the left side. It was impossible to sleep - I could only tolerate it if I was moving around. I gave up and went to the bathroom and just cupped the two testicle in cold water - I thought it could just shock the senses and it worked, I was able to sleep even though I felt it was still there.

I woke up this morning, and its back. Its discomfort, boarder line painful! Just had a bath and went to feel if there were any lumps there; thankfully I felt nothing.

I haven't gone to the doctors yet, because I waited a day for the left to go back to normal, so I'll do the same for this one. Even thought the right is slightly more painful.

Any ideas what has happened? Could it be inflamed? Infection?
