Lately after sexual intercourse, but NOT regular masturbation, i'll get some discomfort in my urethra, or atleast I believe it to be my urethra. It feels as though I have strained to push out the semen a little too much. The area the discomfort is the region located is between my testicles and anus. I feel some pain in the bottom of the testicles after ejaculation, and it feels as though there is a vein there and I have overworked it, or something. It is more of a strain, and it goes away quickly.

There is also 2 more things I am going to add that might help clarify what is going on.

Right after urinating today I got a sudden, sharp pain in my left testicle, and then it was gone. It happens occasionally, and did not last long at all. Every month or so, maybe not even that often. That is not my biggest concern. Also, my left testicle seems to be smaller than the right as of late, and farther up than the right one. I have given myself a self-examination and found no lumps.

I am sincerely concerned and appreciate any and all response. Thank you so much in advance! You don't even know how much I appreciate it!

i have had the exact same pain for years now and i dont know how to make it go away. sometimes it really hurts when i cum. i know for a fact, generally speaking exercising more losing weight and no drugs or cigarettes helped me a little bit. but every once in a while ill get that pain back. but now the pain only cums back after the second nut. i can get out 2 comfortably, but three always hurts. something that will also help, you need to do kiegel exercises. i know its usually for women, but if you exercise this muscle, which is just like tightening you sphincter muscle. you will have stronger less painful sex. do the3 excercise in 3 sets 20-40 reps.
