Well, you should use foreplay before having sex. She needs to be sufficiently wet and able to fit at least 2-3 fingers in before you have sex, that way making thigs a bit more comfortable and pleasurable. Pain can be a normal thing after losing ones virginity, but, if it persists, consult a docter.
