I am 54 and have had a uterine ablasian almost 4 yrs ago, which stopped my periods. About once a year I'll have a very small period. About a month ago I had vaginal bleeding with a bowel movement. The bleeding stopped almost immediately, but yesterday and today I have had the same occurrence. Bright red blood w/small clots and I'm positive it is coming from the vagina and not the rectum. Any ideas?
