I had a total hysterectomy 15 years ago (still have ovaries) and had a bladder repair and sling 4 months ago. Part of the repair was done vaginally. Tonight I had an episode of bright red vaginal bleeding after straining to have a bowel movement. There was quite a bit of blood but it stopped after just a few minutes (it was definitely vaginal). Now I have a slight dull ache in my lower abdomen (like when I used to have cramping with my period years ago but not severe). Is there a chance I pulled the bladder repair loose after 4 months?
