I am 14 & I have been having this mucusy nasty vaginal discharge since I was seven years old. I thought it was normal until recently when I found out nobody else I knew had it. I am too embarrassed to tell anyone though. What could this be ?? I am very worried & scared plus after 7 years you can only imagine how horribly annoyed I am with it. I just want it gone ! It doesn't smell that bad & I've just started wearing tampons everyday to stop that nasty feeling. It looks and feels like snot. Help please !

I know this is a late response but I am a RN.... ONLY USE TAMPONS WHEN YOU ARE BLEEDING DUE TO YOUR PERIOD!!!!! Sorry I "screamed" that but you can become very very sick from using tampons when there is not enough of blood to be absorbed by the tampon....its called toxic shock syndrome and can be deadly!!!!!
