i was watching tv and my penis had a sharp pain all the sudden and it went away after about 5 or 6 sec then i noteced a very small bump under the hole of the penis i squesed it and a little one thing came out is it a hair that startid to grow or somthing i have never had sex so it cant be a std. sorry for bad spelling
