Not necessarily true. Pregnancy sometimes causes few changes in how the breast feels. I've had 3 kids, and only one of the pregnancies caused any breast discomfort. Everyone is different. Don't freak people out like that. Having one pregnancy and one child doesn't mean your symptoms are the same.

Definitely talk to your mom about it. It is probably just changes in your body that are leading up to puberty, if you haven't gotten there already. Do you have periods? Sometimes breasts can become sore, including the nipples, during PMS or prior to your period. Don't worry too much; it's most likely completely harmless. Any changes in your body, your mom should know about, though. Don't keep her in the dark.

I'm 52 experiencing the same. End of my menstrual. Not had sex in over 3 yrs. Never had this happen outside of breast feeding. Tninking now hormonal...but annoying haha

I'm 25 and having these symptoms, I am definitely not pregnant. haha so don't worry girls, I'm seeing all these posts about pregnancy. I think it's just my period coming soon, very annoying symptom tbh.
