Very sensitive erect nipples 4 days. What could be the cause

I havnt had sex for 3 yrs so I’m definitely not pregnant

I am 17 yrs old, and I would like to know why are my nipples erect almost all the time?

I haven't had sex in 4 years. My nipples have a lot of water which was not present last week. I am 44 years old & would like to know why? I have not missed any period.

But it hasn’t been long since we’ve been intimidate my partner and I and I thought it takes a while? My nipples have been like this for almost 4 weeks now I rub them to soften them tmi but they become like this again and are extremely sensitive and today I’ve begun to feel like when I eat almost like I’m gonna throw up or my body isn’t digesting the liquids and foods.. and I’ve been feeling dizzy and having headaches and hot but then cold and not much of an appetite but then one and then feeling full but sick But my 4 test came back negative.. I’m scared…. Help please!!
