Okay so I am beginning to worry about these bumps I found in my vagina. I've been doing routine inspections down there for years, but only recently have I started using a magnifying glass. I figured it would help me really be sure to inspect everything. I saw a few teeny tiny dots (they are so small I wouldn't even call them bumps) on the entrance to my vagina. They are so small that without the magnifying glass they cannot be seen. They are already a whitish, pinkish color, so when I add vinegar (I read that is the way to test for genital warts) they don't really change color. They are all over the top rigid part of the entrance the my vaginal opening (not the lips). I have no idea if this area is supposed to be smooth- I know it is supposed to be rigid and have many folds, but are the folds supposed to be smooth? My gynecologist has never said anything and they don't itch or hurt in any way. I also got the Gardasil vaccine after I was with my first partner, so I would be surprised if it were genital warts. Is anyone else experiencing this or does anyone know what the entrance to the vaginal opening is supposed to look like? Thanks!

I've had bumps  just inside vagina or years but since I've grown more over the years decided to have it looked at- will update after I see OBGYN. Not seen one in 15 years since I had to have Hysterectomy. Im 60 yrs old and was single from age 40 to 52 so at first I thought warts. As a RN I'VE SEEN TEENAGERS WITH GENITAL WARTS. You would know You had something to worry about!!They grow very fast spreading way back up to the outside of cervix and are round and grow in clusters. They are very ugly and look nothing like the bumps or skin tags I think I have. Mine have remained just inside vagina. My hubby looked at them and did not think they were any more than skin tags plus He has never gotten anything from me. He never dated after his 30 year marriage other than me. I think they are just skin tags in most cases but don't be afraid to go to Dr. They've seen and heard it all and nothing surprises them. If that is the case move on see a Dr you can share all your worries with!
