I'm 20 years old and about two months ago i notice that i had a lot of bumps around my vagina and a few on my inner lips. I saw my doctor and she looked at them and told me that just by her looking at them that they weren't herpes or warts and to not even worry about having them tested. (I had a pap smear done and everything came back perfectly normal.) She said that everyone is different and that might just be how i'm supposed to look. She told me to contact her if my bumps became hard, rough, or blistery, which they haven't. They are soft and feel like my normal skin and are the same color as my skin, they're just raised and bumpy (and some are larger than others). They don't bother me much, but they sometimes itch after i shave. I know i should trust what my doctor says but i'm so paranoid about it! Should i get a second opinion or should i just take her word for it? Is it normal for some people to have bumps like i'm describing?
