Hi, I have very yellow urine lately and I don’t know how to regulate this problem. Is it suggesting any disease? Or could it be caused by food?

Hi, I must tell you that you shouldn’t be scared, since it is only indicating that you are not taking enough fluid. You're dehydrated and not drinking enough water. If it becomes a chronic dehydration, you may develop kidney stones. If you exercise or do some sport, you need extra fluid intake. Sweating a lot leads to very concentrated yellow urine. If you drink 15 beers, your urine will be much clearer and it will seem like water. Still, there is a chance that urine is colored because of presence of the blood or if you are taking some colored food that is excreted by urine.

Hi,

If our urine changes its color we are scared at the same minute but if we see blood we are guessing what is wrong. Either way, we are avoiding to see our doctor because it is easier to get scared even more trying to find the answer on the internet.

Luckily shreer has answered your question and by getting an answer you have avoided a lot of stress during guessing what could be wrong with you.

Anyway, people don’t have the habit to intake a lot of fluids in their organism and this is very wrong. Fluids such as water, lemonade, green and red tea and even cranberry tea (which is very good for UTI problems) are beneficial for our organism in more than one way.
