I have what it looks like vestibular papillomatosis, I've always had very sensitive vestibule, and also my hymen is really thick and kind of sticking outside and it seems that it has these kind of growth (the pipallae), what could be the best treatment for this, it looks really ugly and started to have a mild discomfort
